Sean Barker

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Sean Barker brings customer operations experience from the video game industry, including work with Sony PlayStation, 2K Games, and Machine Zone. His background in customer support management shapes his approach to technology: understand the people using it, solve practical problems, and make everyday work easier.

Sean holds an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications from UC Berkeley Executive Education at the Haas School of Business. As co-founder of Tundar.AI, he combines that education with hands-on customer operations experience to help businesses improve their systems, apply AI thoughtfully, and build automation that supports their teams and customers.

Eric B Hartman

Co-Founder

Eric B Hartman is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and entrepreneur with hands-on experience in transportation and equipment rental. As the owner-operator of Tundar Trucking LLC and through his work with Spears Rentals alongside his wife, Sabrina, Eric understands the daily demands of running a small business—and the importance of technology that makes work easier.

At Tundar.AI, Eric works alongside co-founder Sean Barker to help businesses put AI, custom software, and automation to practical use. He brings a business owner’s perspective to solving everyday problems, with a focus on reducing repetitive work, simplifying operations, and helping teams serve their customers. His goal is straightforward: make useful technology accessible to business owners without requiring them to become technical experts.

Discuss your business systems with Tundar →

We start by understanding your business.

Before recommending a tool or proposing a build, we look at how your team operates.

What are you trying to improve? Which tools are already working well? Where are people repeating tasks, searching for information, or working around limitations?

Those answers guide the recommendation.

How we choose an approach

Keep useful tools.

If a system already serves your business well, we look at how it can fit into the solution. Connecting or improving it may be more useful than replacing it.

Use AI for a clear purpose.

AI should have a specific role: extracting information, helping draft a response, or finding relevant documents. We define what it should do and how its output will be checked.

Build custom software when there is a clear need.

When existing tools cannot support an important task, we design an application around the people using it and the result they need.

Know what to expect before work begins.

A defined scope
Agree on what is included, what the system needs to do, and how changes will be handled.
Opportunities to review
Try working versions and give feedback before the final handover.
Testing based on real situations
Check everyday tasks, missing information, errors, and other situations the team may encounter.
An ongoing support plan
Clarify access, maintenance, support responsibilities, and how future improvements will be requested.
