Search relevance is the percentage of your distinct search terms found anywhere in a record. It measures query matching only, with no business quality rating or AI confidence score. More terms matched comes first. Ties favor whole words, then a full phrase match, then the number of matching fields, then business name. Partial words count. An empty search shows every business alphabetically.
