Customer responsibilities

• Review configured workflows and promptly report errors, unauthorized activity, or compliance concerns.

AI and automation limitations

AI and automation can improve speed and consistency, but they may not be perfect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs, business decisions, legal compliance, customer communications, and the final use of any automated workflow.

Third-party services

The services may connect with outside software, communication tools, scheduling systems, websites, analytics, payment providers, or other platforms. Tundar.AI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, features, or data practices.

Fees and payment

Public pricing may describe standard membership tiers, setup fees, and available options. Final pricing, billing timing, included work, usage limits, overages, cancellation terms, and add-ons may be governed by the applicable written agreement.

Intellectual property

Tundar.AI retains ownership of its brand, website, designs, workflows, templates, system configurations, methods, and proprietary materials. Customers retain ownership of their business content and data, subject to any rights needed for Tundar.AI to provide services.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided as available and are not a guarantee of revenue, lead volume, appointment volume, or business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tundar.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
